The website includes an application portal through which personal data may be transmitted directly to the swisselect ag database with the applicant’s consent.
The data we collect originate from: direct inquiries to individuals, the application portal, or publicly accessible or external sources.
Typically, we collect data from the following categories: curriculum vitae (CV) and contact details, professional background and career history, education and training, professional experience, including interview notes or third‑party comments.
The processing of personal and confidential data at swisselect ag is subject to the following principles:
swisselect ag is the sole owner of the data, data are stored in the company’s internal database, by submitting a CV or other data, the individual consents to their use for – consideration in suitable and confidential search mandates, personal data are stored for consideration in current or future mandates, personal data are used exclusively for consulting purposes within the legally permitted or required framework, swisselect ag endeavours to keep data as accurate and up to date as possible.
We use AI-powered technologies in the application process to support administrative and analytical tasks, such as organizing application documents or matching qualifications with job requirements.
The systems used provide only decision-making aids and recommendations. There is no fully automated decision-making. The evaluation of applications and all decisions regarding the further course of the application process are always made by qualified employees.
The processing of personal data is carried out in compliance with applicable data protection regulations, in particular the GDPR and the Swiss Data Protection Act (DSG). Applicants have the right at any time to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of their data.
Use of Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited. Where the controller is located outside the European Economic Area or Switzerland, data processing is carried out by Google LLC (hereinafter jointly referred to as “Google”).
