Support Engineer for International Mobile Operators |

Within the team of customer project managers and support engineers you are the primary interface for after sales activities for your international customers. You create and process Change orders and trouble tickets by diagnosing problems, getting the repairs initiated and testing the products. Supporting the customers during the lifetime of the system will be of utmost importance. For change requests you will create appropriate solution documentation. |

For this challenging position you will have a degree in telecommunication, electrical engineering or computer science and ideally work experience within a similar position in the field of GSM, GPRS, Edge, UMTS, HSPA+, LTE and/or IP networks. Furthermore, you should be prepared to infrequently travel internationally 5% of your time. You are fluent in English and you have at least a basic understanding of German. Swiss or European citizenship is required. --> |
