Team Leader Customer Support for International Mobile Operators

 

 

Together with your team of four support engineers you are the primary interface for after sales activities in Europe and the responsible single point of contact to setup and initiate guidelines and support processes for the local customer support in Asia, North- and South America. Your team creates and processes change orders and trouble tickets by diagnosing problems, getting the repairs initiated and testing the products. Supporting the customers during the lifetime of the system will be of utmost importance by being the prime contact for customer escalations. For change requests appropriate solution documentation will be created. The main goal is to keep and further improve the already excellent reputation of our client’s customer support.


 

For this leader position you will have a degree in telecommunication, electrical engineering or computer science and work experience within a similar position in the field of GSM, GPRS, Edge, UMTS, HSPA+, LTE, CDMA, EV-DO and/or IP networks as well as first line management experience. As a trustful leader personality you gathered in depth customer contact experience. Therefore, you are an excellent communicator on all management level, able to convince and to establish excellent customer relations. Furthermore, you should be prepared to infrequently travel internationally. You are fluent in English and you have a basic understanding of German. Swiss or European citizenship is required. -->
