	Top Level Position for Pharmaceutical Production Allrounder
	For one of the world's leading pharmaceutical company's production sites, we are mandated to search for a Manufacturing, Science and Technology Head, able to provide direction and necessary support to ensure the robustness of the manufacturing and primary packaging processes.

	Major Accountabilities Own the Validation Master plans for Bulk Processing, Cleaning and Packaging Perform the necessary internal and external benchmarking in the scientific environment in order to encourage and expand knowledge Ensure proactive product stewardship for product within the site and across sites for multi-site products Serve as single point of contact for the site, ensuring proper communication and networking within the MS&T community of all PharmOps sites Maintain functional ownership of development plans of the broader MS&T organization on site, ensuring that technical competencies, relevant to manufacturing and primary packaging, at the site are adequate to meet the needs of the site’s product portfolio, needs and strategy Promote excellence in Packaging and Galenic Processing in the plant, where applicable employing new/modern processes and technologies like Quality by Design (QbD), Design of Experiment (DOE) and Process Analytical Technologies (PAT) Own the Product Improvement Portfolio (PIP) and ensure cross-functional contribution, as necessary Ensure adherence to GMP requirements, Guidelines, SOPs, as well as compliance to local laws, the company's Code of Conduct and policies as well as Health Safety & Environment (HSE) requirements Ensure that both transfer and new product launch will be executed right first time in terms of correct technology match (equipment, materials) and effective handover to the PU Responsible for the design and delivery of technical training programs as well as appropriate technical on-boarding, in order to ensure proper competency of operators with respect to manufacturing and primary packaging processes Evaluate and recommend future state-of the art manufacturing and packaging systems in accordance with network standards, for the local site Review and release regulatory proposals or information required for regulatory filings
	What we are looking for: MSc. in Science, Pharmacy or Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Technology, or equivalent experience. PhD. preferred Excellent knowledge of German and English as well as proficient in Site local language At least 5 years experience in pharmaceutical formulation, process development, or manufacturing technology Minimum statistic level: IQP Silver certification, green Belt or equivalent proficiency in applied statistics with experience in DoE and Gage R&R Experience in the packaging technology for pharmaceutical products Fundamental understanding of standard pharmaceutical analytical testing -->
