	Regional Marketing Manager Pharma

	The main focus of this function is ensuring a strong pre-launch planning and subsequent successful launches. You will support strategic IO markets to drive the IO Degludec & DegludecPlus Ambition (pre- & post-launch) Challenge business & marketing plans of key Affiliates Identify & analyse growth opportunities/projects with potential Create & maintain information & analyses on market developments via Sales & Marketing organizations in Business Areas (BA’s), Affiliates, Global Marketing (GM) and external data providers Provide input to strategic processes – budgets, long term planning, productio Secure commitment & implement projects in International Operations (IO) Run workshops, set-up and run relevant decision-making bodies to define & execute IO Degludec & DegludecPlus marketing strategy Identify, evaluate & execute marketing activities on pan-IO & national levels Collaborate with GM & other stakeholders for maximum impact of key initiatives
	Your competencies Structured & analytical approach to assess markets & opportunities from all perspectives Innovative process improvement & problem-solving skills to resolve complex marketing & business issues Realise marketing strategies & plans from pre- to post-launch Communication, influencing & negotiation skills and establish strong relationships with internal & external stakeholders Credible & effective in multicultural teams & environments at all levels with indirect authority Experience & Qualifications 5 - 7 years pharmaceutical experience in strategic & operational marketing roles; with 2 - 3 years in a Business Area or Affiliate Strong experience & achievement record in diabetes therapy areas; other therapy areas are an advantage Achievements in Marketing, Branding, PR & Product Launch; preferably in emerging markets; sales experience is an advantage Skilful in SAP BW, MS Office, English and communication Project management skills - delivering successfully to deadline, via matrix & indirect responsibility Marketing planning, financial management & analysis Graduated in Marketing, MBA or equivalent Furthermore you must be available to travel at least 120 days per year within Region International Operations.
