Portfolio / Project Management Consultant

Job responsibilities:

• Manage critical / complex projects when required
• Implement PM best practices in the EMEA&A region as a member of the PMO
• Support global Programs by providing PMO services
• Provide advice to managers regarding how to handle project portfolio activities
• Maintain the institutional Project Management methods and tools
• Promote the usage of the company project management system (Clarity TM)
• Provide project management training and support to the PM community
• Participate in managing the company’s Intangible Assets
• Participate in Change Management initiatives within selected projects

Required Job specific competencies:

• 3-5 years experience on Professional Project Management practices
• PMP or PMI certification desirable
• University Degree in engineering or IT
• Solid command of Portfolio & Project Management Methods
• Experience with Project Management Information systems (e.g. Clarity)
• Competency to influence others
• Experience in working virtually
• Excellent communication & networking skills, excellent negotiation skills
• True team player
• English proficiency, Spanish would be a strong asset
• Availability to travel up to 30%
